Salami with truffles is a typical salami produced in almost the whole Tuscany region, it's a cured meat prepared with pork selected pork inside the chosen black truffle, the texture of the meat is medium. It is of short maturation about 30 days making it with a particular taste.
It is of red coulor, the meat is compact with medium grain, with a salted and peppery flavour. It is excellent to be cut finely and savored with cheeses of short maturation and above all with the Tuscan bread without salt.
Gluten free and without milk derivates.
