Matured, medium soft cutting table, P.D.O. (Protected Denomination of Origin) cheese from the Lombardia region made with pasteurised whole cows milk.

Mild, sweet and aromatic with a creamy texture, ideal on any cheeseboard, make sure you bring the cheese up to room temperature, served with fresh figs or pears but also great when melted into creamy risotto.
