Heating method: Oven
Place the product without defrosting directly in a pre-heated oven at 120°C for 30 minutes or heat it in a bain-marie at 76°C for 40 minutes after allowing it to thaw in the refrigerator.
Storage: To be stored in the freezer at -18°C until the expiration date indicated on the package or kept in the refrigerator and consumed within 48 hours of thawing.
Once thawed, the product must not be refrozen.
