Duck Ragù in Tomato Sauce

A delicious Duck ragout, cooked with various Italian vegetables including carrot, celeriac, and onion, braised in a rich brown stock.

Heating method: Stove Top or Microwave

Microwave: Pierce the protective film and heat for 10 - 15 minutes at 750W. Do not use grill mode.

Pan: Place in a pan over low heat for 10 minutes with the lid closed, stirring occasionally.

Storage: To be stored in the freezer at -18°C until the expiration date indicated on the package or kept in the refrigerator and consumed within 48 hours of thawing.

Once thawed, the product must not be refrozen.

This is an artisan product made without preservatives and chemical additives, it should be enjoyed immediately after cooking.
