This product is a semi-soft sheep's raw milk cheese, it has chopped walnut kernels, of Italian origin, which are added to the pasta directly during processing.
The rind is pink in color and the elastic dough is characterized by the presence of chopped walnuts.
Perfect as its own as aperitif with honey or mustard on the side.
