Ossobuco

Slow cook veal with hand-made gremolata sauce, a mixture of carrot, celeriac, onion, leek, and tomato.

Heating method: Microwave
Pierce the protective film and heat for 7-8 minutes at 750W. Do not use grill mode.

Storage: To be stored in the freezer at -18°C until the expiration date indicated on the package or kept in the refrigerator and consumed within 48 hours of thawing. Once thawed, the product must not be refrozen.
