Olio Extravergine di Oliva a Denominazione di Origine Protetta "Riviera Ligure - Riviera dei Fiori" is produced in limited quantities in the harsh, intractable land of west Liguria, where the Taggiasca olive has always been grown. The precious olives that produce this oil are harvested by hand in the old, traditional way, then selected and immediately taken to the mill to be grounded. This ensures optimum preservation of the high quality of the fruit and all its genuine goodness.
