The perfect blend of the freshest Italian summer eggplants, Trentingrana PDO Grana Padano (made with hay milk), ultra-slow-cooked tomato pulp - to ensure low acidity, Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil and fragrant fresh basil.
Our eggplants are baked not fried for a perfectly balanced dish with only 13% fat per 100g.
Vegetarian dish.
Heating method: Oven
Remove the lid of the tray, put the frozen product, without defrosting, directly in a pre-heated oven at 130°C for 50 minutes.
Not to be cooked in the microwave.
Storage: To be stored in the freezer at -18°C until the expiration date indicated on the package or kept in the refrigerator and consumed within 48 hours of thawing.
Once thawed, the product must not be refrozen.
