We have hand-selected the freshest Italian vegetables and combined them for maximum flavor. A perfect blend of; eggplant, zucchini, carrots, peas, and celery, accompanied by a homemade bechamel sauce made with fresh whole milk.
Vegetarian dish.
Heating method: Oven
Remove the lid from the tray, brush the top with olive oil, put the frozen product directly in a pre-heated oven at 130°C / 140°C for 50 minutes. In the last 5 minutes, raise the temperature to 180° to gratinate the top.
Not to be cooked in the microwave.
Storage: To be stored in the freezer at -18°C until the expiration date indicated on the package or kept in the refrigerator and consumed within 48 hours of thawing. Once thawed, the product must not be refrozen.
