Lasagna Bolognese

A classic lasagna prepared with the finest Italian ingredients. Starting with a beef and pork ragout, layered with the perfect amount of bechamel sauce, resulting in a rich and intense dish. We use a double degreasing cooking process, removing excess fat and making our lasagna a more digestible dish.

The beef is prepared in a pressure cooker keeping it moist, tender, and beautifully flavorful. We only use the highest quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil Evo (0.18% oleic acidity with an excellent peroxide value), and Grana Padano Trentigrana DOP.

Heating method: Oven

Remove the lid from the tray, brush the top with olive oil, put the frozen product directly in a pre-heated oven at 130°C / 140°C for 50 minutes. In the last 5 minutes, raise the temperature to 180°C to gratinate the top.

Not to be cooked in the microwave.

Storage: To be stored in the freezer at -18°C until the expiration date indicated on the package or kept in the refrigerator and consumed within 48 hours of thawing. Once thawed, the product must not be refrozen.

This is an artisan product made without preservatives and chemical additives, it should be enjoyed immediately after cooking.
