Gorgonzola Sweet

Gorgonzola is a raw white pulp cheese veined by green streaks (erborination).

The cow's milk comes from the Italian regions of Piedmont and Lombardy. It has a soft consistency, with a characteristic smell, in the variety known as "sweet", its flavor is tasty yet delicate.

It is generally eaten as it is, but it can also be cooked, using it in various gastronomic recipes.
