A unique and aromatic salami, obtained from the lean parts of the pig's neck and is characterized by a cylindrical shape.
It has an unmistakable flavor: delicate, aromatic and almost sweet. It has a soft consistency, with the fat parts of a white-pink color and the lean parts of a bright red color, P.G.I. (Protected Geographical Indication) product.
Product free from milk and derived products. Gluten free.
