Cannelloni Rossini with Truffle

Homemade egg pasta filled with fresh Italian whole cow's milk ricotta, and spinach. Made with 100% Italian ingredients.

Vegetarian dish.

Heating method: Oven

Remove the lid from the tray and put the frozen product without defrosting directly in a pre-heated oven at 130°C / 140°C for 50 minutes. In the last 5 minutes raise the temperature by 5°C to 10°C for a gratinated top. Leave to rest for 15 minutes after cooking.

Not to be cooked in the microwave.

Storage: To be stored in the freezer at -18°C until the expiration date indicated on the package or kept in the refrigerator and consumed within 48 hours of thawing. Once thawed, the product must not be refrozen.
