This balsamic vinegar is made according to the old traditional procedure of Modena. It is a fruity, light balsamic vinegar made from Trebbiano grapes.
It matures in 60 year old wooden barrels with the addition of already aged balsamic vinegar.
Recommended for seasoning sauces, roasted and grilled meats, vegetables or even omelets. Its aroma is intense and pleasant, with a good balance of flavours.
