Roasted Pork Neck with Potatoes

Slow and low cooked Pork neck flavored with salt and herbs.

Heating method: Oven
Place the product without defrosting directly in a pre-heated oven at 120°C for 25-30 minutes.

Storage: To be stored in the freezer at -18°C until the expiration date indicated on the package or kept in the refrigerator and consumed within 48 hours of thawing.

Once thawed, the product must not be refrozen.
